  • Step-By-Step Startup/Shutdown - Document Name - These instructions assume you have designated in the Liberty Meeting Configurator that when you start a new recording file for you Microsoft™ Word™ document,  Liberty Meeting Recorder will base the name of the new file on the document's file name.
  • Step-By-Step Startup/Shutdown - LMRRules (Mirror to network) - These instructions assume you have designated in the Liberty Meeting Configurator that when you start a new recording you will define the name of the audio file in Liberty Meeting Recorder. They also assume you will be mirroring to your network.
  • Step-By-Step Startup/Shutdown - LMRRules (Mirror to CD) - These instructions assume you have designated in the Liberty Meeting Configurator that when you start a new recording you will define the name of the audio file in Liberty Meeting Recorder. They also assume you will be mirroring to CD.
  • Using Bookmarks - This document covers how you can insert bookmarks into your document to facilitate playback. A bookmark serves as a cueing point. You can click on a bookmark and launch to the corresponding point in the sound file.

  • Associating The Audio File with the Word Document - Use this docoument to associate your audio file with the Word document containing your bookmarks.
  • Printing you Microsoft Word Document - You can print your Microsoft Word document as you would any other document. The printed output will include bookmark icons representing each of your bookmarks. Use this document if you want to replace each of these bookmarks with a time.
  • Saving your Microsoft Word Document Without Bookmarks - Use this document to save a copy of your Microsoft Word document that does not include any of its bookmarks.  
  • Copy Audio in WMA/WMV format (Windows XP Wizard) - Use this document to walk you through performing a copy of the Liberty audio in standard Windows Media format.  This document takes advantage of the Windows XP CD Burning Wizard.   
  • Exporting your Microsoft Word Document to HTML  - Use this document to convert your Word document to HTML and your Liberty audio file to WMV format.  You can then post the files to your website for public access. 
  • Exporting your Microsoft Word Document to PDF  - Use this document to convert your Word document to a PDF file that can contain you Liberty audio file.  You can also do this conversion while saving your Liberty audio separately as a WMV file. You can then post the files to your website for public access
